The team at Red Ledge would just like to extend our condolences to EMS, a worthy adversary in the rainwear/outerwear industry and a company whose product we have come to admire in the market place. We apologize that celebrities like Justin Timberlake still have not come to realize that rainwear is supposed to protect the wearer from elements such as, rain, which can usually be found outdoors. As can be seen in this screen shot from the recent 2007 Teen Choice award (not that anyone at Red Ledge really watches the Teen Choice awards), some celebrities are so spoiled that they still feel that an umbrella is a necessary compliment to a perfectly operational piece of rainwear. Once again, Team Red Ledge would like to send our condolences.

Our product development director Haney will be embarking on a journey of epic proportions on Thursday to the coveted land of Taiwan. Here he will single handedly produce our entire Fall 08 product line in a mere 6 days, a feat not even the God's of outerwear would even consider trying. He was originally going to fly China Airlines but backed out for some reason. So now he is taking United's Cargo flight over which helped us cut cost by a good amount, actually they paid us to have him fly, but they did mention something about actually flying the plane but those are details I don't have time to worry about those. Needless to say, Haney needs all the support he can get. So if you get a chance drop him a line on his blog, I'm sure he'll appreciated it.

This just in, Tubie has been found in a storm sewer outside Santa Barbara, Cali next to a dead and partially eaten ET. Police reports say that the malnourished "tube" is expected to make a full recovery. Forensics do not know why the "tube" was dressed up as a human, however, they do believe that Tubie maybe responsible for ET's death. A BMX bike was also found near the scene with a milk crate fastened to the handle bars; police have not linked the bike to the scene though. Tubie has been placed in temporary custody under medical supervision upon further DNA testing. An elderly woman had this to say upon discovering the grisly site, "what kind of pervert eats the ass end of a sick alien?" Odds are Tubie, as some call this piece of PVC piping, will be put away for a long long time.
